What happens after you get in touch
- A short call: where the mold is, how long it has been there, and whether there has been a leak.
- A visit at a time that suits you. We look, take moisture readings and measure the affected area.
- A written scope and fixed price, usually the same day. Nothing is booked until you approve it.
- If your building needs paperwork, we send it to management before the work date.
Useful to have ready
- Photos of the growth or the stain, if you can take them safely.
- When the leak happened, or when you first noticed the smell.
- Your building manager's contact, if you live in a condo.
- Any inspection or assessment report you already have.
