Who we are: a mold remediation company for Miami Beach and the beach towns around it. We remove mold, dry out what water has soaked, and leave every customer with a written report. We do not paint, sell windows or remodel kitchens. That narrow focus is the point.
Owner-run since 2010
We have been taking mold and water jobs across South Florida since 2010, and the business is still run by the person who started it. That shows up in small ways. The owner looks at the problem before anyone writes a number down, keeps the time agreed for each visit, and stays reachable by phone and WhatsApp until the job is signed off. Many of our customers own a second home here or travel for months at a time, so we are used to running a job for someone who is not in the building: photos at each stage and a short update whenever something changes.
The crew can take a job from containment and removal through to new drywall once the readings say the wall is dry, so you are not left with open studs waiting for a second contractor. And if Spanish is easier for you, say so when you call.
Remediation is the whole business
Plenty of companies list mold among twenty other services. We took the opposite route. Every person on our crew spends their week setting up containment, running negative air, cutting out wet drywall and HEPA cleaning what stays. Doing one kind of job all the time is how you get fast at the parts that matter, like knowing within a few minutes of opening an AC closet whether the drain pan or the supply plenum is the real problem.
What an island does to a building
Miami Beach is a narrow strip of sand with the Atlantic on one side and Biscayne Bay on the other. Outside air is warm and wet for most of the year, and salt spray works on window frames and seals. Inside, air conditioning never stops, which means cold surfaces, condensation and drain lines carrying water every hour of the day. Many of the island's buildings are decades old, with original risers shared between dozens of units and walls finished in drywall over concrete block. Put those together and you get mold that starts out of sight: behind a vanity, inside a wall cavity under a window, on the back of an air handler.

Containment is most of the job
Anyone can spray a wall. The difference between remediation and making things worse is keeping spores where they are while the material comes out. We seal the work area with plastic sheeting and zipper doors, run an air scrubber that exhausts filtered air so the room sits under slight negative pressure, and cover the route out of the unit. Contaminated material is bagged inside the containment before it moves. Then every surface left behind is HEPA vacuumed and wiped, and the space is dried back to normal moisture readings before the plastic comes down.

Someone else checks our work
Florida law keeps mold assessors and mold remediators separate on the same building, and we think that is exactly right. When a job calls for testing, we bring in an independent licensed assessor who works for you. They write the protocol before we start and can run clearance sampling at the end. If the numbers are not where they should be, we clean again at our cost. You can read how that works on our inspection and testing page.
Working in a building with neighbors
Most of our jobs are in condominiums, and condos come with a board, a manager and a list of rules. Before our first visit we send a certificate of insurance naming the association. We book the service elevator, protect the hallway floor, keep noisy work inside the permitted hours and take debris out the way the building wants it to go. If the water came from another unit or a shared pipe, we say so in writing so the association can deal with the source.

The report you keep
At the end of every job you receive a completion report in plain language. It covers where the moisture came from, which materials were removed and how many square feet, the containment used, before and after photos, and the final moisture readings. It also lists what still needs fixing by someone else, such as a plumber or a window installer. Insurers, buyers and building managers ask for exactly this, and you should not have to piece it together from texts.
Things we will not do
- We will not test and then remediate the same job ourselves.
- We will not just spray a product over mold and call it removed.
- We will not close up a wall before the readings say it is dry.
- We will not give you one price on the phone and a different one on site. The price changes only if the job changes, and only with your written OK.
- We will not sell you duct cleaning, air purifiers or "treatments" you do not need.
- We will not leave without telling you what caused the mold.
